you know what i just read Nekota no Koto ga Ki ni Natte Shikatanai
and was wondering was it embarrassing for you in your puberty? like growing facial hair or even having your first period? at that age i thought about it as something shameful and wondered how could people talk about that so openly... when i had my period i was so convinced that that blood was not mine... it was a shock. what about you?
When I got my first period, thankfully I was at home.
My mother was very clam about it but I was scared af and cried like a bitch....it still haunts me to this day. It was always like a taboo thing to talk about it so we never did, even among close friends. Now I feel okay but no one wants to talk about it, I mean why would you tell everyone you're on your periods or something like that unless you have a darn good reason to.
there is nothing shameful about it, it's just how human body functions.
it was never a taboo topic in my family, my dad is sometimes forced to go and buy us pads haha .
when i got my first period i just went to my mom told her i got my period and asked her what to do now. (when i was like 7 or 8 i was stealing my moms pads to pour thins on them and cut them in half to see if it looked like in a commercial lmao. and so did my friends ( ̄∇ ̄") )
but i wasn't talking about it in school, i was young and not many families talked to their children about it. so when my friend got her period and told some girls they started spreading it like it was some juicy rumor and i stood in her defense. (good girl hatake :D) but like a year later my whole generation changed and all girls were normal about it. now it's a common topic.
my mom let me read teen magazines like bravo with all those sex talks and body talks so i could learn something (and my guess so that she could avoid having sex talk with me ╮( ̄▽ ̄)╭ ) . and, honestly, i really did learn some things. not useful at that time but still.
sorry for the long post :D
hah, Bravo... how nostalgic!
I've never felt ashamed because of it, but I really hated all the inconveniences it brought along. As a teenager, I would get incredible painful cramps, headaches und lose a lot of blood, which means (until I started taking the pill with 18 or so) I would stay home 2-3 days every month and felt really weak (anemia) for a couple days more.
can you recommend me some yaoi manga when the uke and seme are kind of like rivals at the beginning like http://www.mangago.me/read-manga/50_x_50/
or something cute like this http://www.mangago.me/read-manga/monster_petite_panic/ ?
Do you maybe know of a manga where he king of the angels marries a princess of the devils and she has a brother who marries the sister of his brother in law? they both meet when they are kids but then they didn't have genre like female or male they could choose their genre. After they married there was this issue about demons because they don't have a soul and they end up living between the angel kingdom and devil kingdom. sorry you can ask me to explain it better
