So the doc calling him weak is a good example of “negging” - when someone manipulates you into doing what they want by insulting you in a subtle way. I”m still not sure whether the comic is portraying this (the insecure guy trying to prove himself) as funny or if the doc is gonna learn his lesson later ... I hope it’s the second thing. Him preying on the other guy’s insecurities isn’t hot ... it’s pathetic.
I think it’s funny that someone thinks straight up stealing the English version from lezhin is ok, let alone saying not to upload over them LOL. You’re not even translating it!!!! You’re just stealing! People, if a comic is available in English, just pay for it.

Yeah but not everyone can afford to do that or have the access to do it. I pay too though, when I like the comic and want to support the author (most likely will pay for this one too).

They only call dibs because there are a lot of uploaders on here and if would be sooooo fucking confusing and annoying if you had multiple uploaders on a single manga constantly fighting when or what chapter to post and it doesn’t take more than one person/team and it just helps spread out the people available for other mangas that people want
