Grayson's story is actually the first the author came up with (she just released it 10 years later) when she started with omegaverse, if he should have a story or not was never open for discussion.
Haven’t finished this one yet but as I’m reading… i noticed that the timelines try to match up with kiss me liar, but it doesn’t at the same time, and his personality is portrayed differently from the small showtime that we got from the kiss me liar. Idk maybe I’m reading into it too much lol
That's because the main story of KML and KMIYC does happen at the same time (idk if I worded that right) and I heard even RAIYC (nathaniel miller×chrissy jean) too. I also questioned how did even josh meet up with yeonwoo, specifically that scene when they meet up when yeonwoo was on the run, josh is in his uniform(?) in this scene so he's on duty??? Don't they have a tight schedule or something idk. I don't even remember this scene being mentioned in the novel, at least as far as I remember... And I kinda get the different personality part, I don't think Josh's feelings about the "going alone in the hospital is scary/lonely blah blah" part in KML is even in KMIYC novel or this is just my sign that I need to reread it lmao
It's the same timeline, problem is that the manhwa adaptions leave out a lot of things.
For example in the novel of KML, Yeonwoo sees Chase with dyed hair at the party, but you don't see him in the KML manhwa adaption.

It was indeed unnecessary, it wasn't included in the novel and I don't why they added it in the manhwa, the whole "dating" thing was just a setup to test the waters if the person they really like will be jealous lol.

For some reason, side stories always seem to throw it for really good manhwas. Author, please just learn to stop adding to the same story and move onto another.
