Basically both Yitae and Giyun have like three people inside of them. Long hair Yitae is Il In (his past live) golden eye Yitae is the entity that Muni created and short hair grey eyes is normal Yitae (I don’t remember if that was his name but meh you understand). Giyun basically has his soul kinda scattered around but a half is Muni (his past live, hes the one with the long neck) who loves Il In and his reincarnation and he wants Giyun to die so he can have his body and make Yitae love him. Ghost Muni lives inside Giyun and I believe he’s the serpent and he’s the one that seeks revenge over Il In and wants to kill him. And normal Giyun. In Giyun’s past live as Muni he gets stuck inside the big pit made to hunt the big serpent and drowns inside. He comes out alive but ends up in a vegetable state and Il-In is a sick bastard who gets off of everything non-consensual and he liked how Muni was better quiet than when he was following him around. So he talked to the shaman woman to see if she can revive him but only the part of him that’s quiet. So they do that by feeding Muni to the big serpent but something goes wrong and it ends up not working. In the end Il-In asks the shaman to reincarnate them both and so she does that. I’ll-in reincarnates as the manager and falls in love at first sight with Giyun which is the part of the soul that Il-In loves. Muni gets jealous because he doesn’t know that Giyun is his other half so he possesses Yitae and does everything to separate both of them. That’s all I remember lowkey hehehe but I hope this helps :)
