yeah, conception dreams are taken really seriously in korea. plus, they use this dream reveal plot all the time with mpreg related storylines (including the vomiting to make it even more obvious lol). taking the pill during early stages of pregnancy does risk various complications but as long as he stops immediately, it should be okay (fingers crossed).
