i always have a soft spot for stories like this + yearner mls/mcs. this is the kind of novel that forcibly places themselves into my heart even if i didn't want to because they did get their happy ending but at what cost wuwuwuwu. despite saying he's very good at giving up, mc is a very strong person for not giving himself up yet after everything he went through. anyway, i really really like how the artist makes subtle changes to the panels that makes it different from the previous one. like their eyes, on one panel it looks deadpan, in the next it looked surprised. though I did manage to spot their differences, it just amazes me how cleverly made it was. it was so subtle there was no need for sfx to let me know what their eyes or their faces wanted to portray. the artist is just so skilled.
