This didn't leave much of a lasting impression one me, but I have to comment on the story and their character development. It felt kind of incomplete? Kind of like there were big holes in the story which would have helped a lot in their characterization. The execution of storytelling is important and this did not do it well :/
This made me uncomfy as hell. Their overall character made me uneasy and dissatisfied and the plot gravely disappointed me. First of all, there's rape, second, the seme treated the uke like shit but he still fell in love with him in the end. Sure, such a plot exists, but there's no character development at all! Lastly, seme is a shitty bastard that gets irritated at the slightest of things. Instead of talking and hearing each other out, the seme resorts to methods in which the uke has no control over whatsoever. All the "duty as wife" shit pissed me off so much. No, it is not the uke's (neither is it a woman's) duty to pleasure you. He's not some kind of toy that you use whenever you feel horny, also, can someone teach the seme no means no? I usually love stories with foreign royalties or families so this made me immensely unsatisfied.
