I can't remember if it was bl or straight, but the female/bottom was of a lower position, and got married to the emperor. had 2 kids, and the kids looked down on her cause female/bottom wasn't educated. emperor was busy with their tasks, didn't rlly help her. female/botton had depressive thoughts, wanted to (maybe actually? can't remember) jump into the lake (I remember this seen was really emotional). all gets resolved.
im geniunely so confused reading this, what is the plot?? im up to ch9, and I literally can't understand their relationship. they seem to love each other but don't show it? why?? also why is the mc so hostile towards the other guy
Ml was hinted to have a trauma connected to beta overall but he's too much head over heels for the mc to let him go so they're in ambiguous toxic relationship where mc loves ml too much he's willing to put up with the emotional consequences even though he didn't feel loved and ml could only see friendship as the closest thing he could be with mc, They're both desperate for each other
It's complicated, not only because they don't communicate but because their circumstances aren't easy either, especially SPOILER the reason mc has shadow pain on his legs are connected to ml
