This is about Yuri and Shinru (who used to have a crush on Tae – though I personally think it wasn’t love, more like possessiveness and jealousy. He just wanted to own his “favorite doll,” something like that. After all, he’s spoiled by his family).
Honestly, I never liked Shinru at all (he’s annoying and every time he appeared I just wanted to punch him).
Especially since I really love Yuri (he’s actually my absolute favorite character, number 1).
I love everything about him—he’s so amazing, mature, skilled at his work, decisive, beautiful and handsome. His personality appeals to me more than anyone else’s.
His love is also mature, he knows when to step back if necessary, he doesn’t show annoying jealousy or possessiveness… he’s just perfect.
Shinru really treated him badly, even hit him at the beginning (as shown in the manhwa adaptation of the novel).
It was hard to watch because Yuri suffered too.
Even their first time… Yuri was completely drunk, not in his right mind at all (which is kind of expected from this manhwa).
Yuri himself later admitted he liked it but didn’t want to do it again. He actually set boundaries first – very mature of him.
He even refused to be in a relationship with Shinru because when he asked if Shinru loved him, he didn’t answer. So Yuri said he didn’t want a one-sided, unequal relationship like that.
Anyway, at some point Shinru’s feelings actually change, but he doesn’t realize it yet.
And when their contract was about to end, Shinru began to lose his mind – treating Yuri coldly at first, then acting crazier.
Since Yuri’s love wasn’t possessive or clingy, Shinru feared he could just walk away at any time – and that drove him even more insane.
Shinru was devastated and heartbroken because he thought that Yuri would really go...
he clung to Yuri, crying and begging him not to leave, and even signed a lifetime contract so he couldn’t escape.
After that, when they finally got together, it wasn’t bad. They became really sweet.
You can actually see Shinru’s genuine love – not just obsession and madness..

They can just make Teach control Guwon and insist to change Guwon's rules. That would solve the problem. I don't believe they can survive without Guwon. I mean, being free is useless when you know that the end is still bad.
10+ chapters of him being /gang by monsters. I don't know what's the purpose of this story anymore. Like will he able to escape? Like I don't care where's the ML anymore, he's useless. We're near 100 chapters and then there's still no sign of him at the current timeline. Can Leon just kill himself?
