From what I saw from my research because I was shocked by this:
While the official serialization was cancelled, the artist has gotten permission to do the series as a doujin and will upload chapters on their pixiv. They have to start at chapter 1, but they will be continuing to work on the series despite it no longer being commercially released.
So if y'all want you can support the artist in pixiv to follow through the with the story!! (Or wait until a scanlator picks it up and it gets thrown here lol)
