I'm trying to remember the title of a manhwa. From what I can remember, the MC is a kind and innocent young man who owns a small convenience store in the countryside, which he inherited from his late grandmother. The ML is a gangster, or at least someone involved with the underworld, who keeps traveling from the city to visit the MC. At first, the MC believes the ML is only being nice to him because he wants to butter him up and eventually take over the convenience store. Even the elderly ladies in the village warn the MC to be careful and stay alert around the ML because they don't trust his intentions. Does this sound familiar to anyone? I'd really appreciate it if someone could tell me the title.

It was a bl manhwa abhout ummm two colleagues dating? Or boss employ?
Something like... the top was initially just using the uke but fell in love whilest ... and um later uke found out that top was actually using him initially~~ .
Ik its so vague but pls help i cant remember much .
Also the uke had a colleague that liked him and they went for a work trip together which made the top really jealous ...
Also there was this sceen in the emergency stairs where uke and seme were arguing and that colleague heard them
