I love how the story is a full circle..., kim suho is just lloyd. He was always meant for this world, but got another shot at it. And it's all thanks to his parents in seoul. The parents who loved him and taught him well, and wanted the best for him to give him a second life. Returned him to his og world, and met tried their best to support him. The "system" would sometimes tease, but you always felt love from it. And that was because it was his parents.... UGH This is just so peak

The author has written this better than I expected. I had initially guessed that Jiwoo winning was the only possible ending, since if he lost it would mean death, or bringing shame to his master since he was saved. Surprisingly, he lost, and managed not to bring shame onto his master by being saved. I believe this is the best possible ending that went on.

Statistically, it is nearly impossible for one to keep winning unless they are that naturally gifted. For Jiwoo's case, he wasn't. Although his growth rate is much greater than those his age, he makes sense he cannot beat someone who has trained their whole life to follow in their master's footsteps. He's hard work paid off, and with the element of surprise as well, he was able to do a great deal of damage, but in the end he was not the last one standing.

His opponent winning pulls this story in a great direction, it'll help Jiwoo train further thinking of his flaws and weaknesses. This is also a good call on his opponent's part for chosing to live for his master, over his revenge. Since if his revenge was fulfilled, he would have most likely died like his master as well. Because of this, I think some time in the future, we might see a rematch with them. The question the remains for that is: Will his opponent try to get his revenge once more, or is he prioritizing finding new strength to better surpass his master and having new found respect for each other?
