Honestly need to stop nitpicking. I understand the frustration of watching Niel blatantly dismiss Jensen's feelings like that, believe me, I do.

Sometimes, I feel as though the public's need to have everything be overly positive is really annoying. Because this is fiction, and while I know that most of us turn to fiction to escape from reality, your griping might actually convince authors to pander to everything you want.

I'm a pansexual person, and yes, I'm tired of our feelings being dismissed, because we're a part of the LGBTQ+ spectrum too. But some of you in the comments are acting as though this webtoon blatantly disregards everything associated with bisexuals and pansexuals, when you couldn't be further from the truth.

Because if you've been reading the past chapters until now, you'll KNOW that Jensen did some research to figure out why he liked Niel so much. And he did figure out that he was pansexual in the end. There IS representation, and I firmly believe that this whole issue will be tackled in the future chapters.

Listen. Authors, artists, musicians, actors, all of us create. And some of us choose to approach real-life problems in our work for the sole purpose of developing the story. By doing so, we raise awareness, and we provide comfort. If you complain and whine about how things are not happening in your favor, you're being really immature.

Right now, Niel's discouraged after watching Rissa talk about how families are made up of mothers and fathers, and not fathers and fathers. Do you think such problems are tossed in a webtoon to create unnecessary conflict?

I don't know Sinran personally, but it seems as though this problem will be addressed in future chapters. And in doing so, they'll probably show that families can be made up of two fathers/two mothers as well.

You have to understand that not every creative piece is built to attack or avoid approaching important problems, nor do you have the right to critique the author for not showcasing such problems in the way you want it to be done. Yes, you can provide constructive criticism, but when your criticism stirs from a place of merely wanting things to work out for your own comfort, you really should stop reading for a while and reflect.

Sometimes, these are the only creative outlets that we may ever have. If you want things to be all sugar, rainbows and unicorns, then you probably should look for other webtoons.
And stop taking away our freedom. Please.
