The 1st two on the list are new to me so thank you for that, the others one's on the list i read them already. You mean the whole bromance,action and eye candy males? If your looking for those type of manga than ill recommend you Noblesse has all 3 and is definitely my number one favorite manga. I think black haze kind of fits all 3 but i am quite unsure of the bromance.
I read a lot of action manga but their isn't a manga that sticks out to me besides the two i just mention sorry about that.

Try Kuroshitsuji, Gintama and Godly Bells Great Actions manga btw. Has a lot of eye candy males so they are wort the read. Although quick warning Gintama is pure comedy in the very beginning but when it get serious the action is great. There no bromance or romance in Gintama but all the characters are lovable. <3 And Untill death do us part (This one has barely any cute guys, the actions is definitely awesome but their is no bromance.) I guess that's all lol

Anyone have certain rules they follow when they are searching for something new to read?
For example I:
1. Avoid incomplete manga which was last updated 2 years ago (Usually means that is dropped or you have to buy to continue)
2. Avoid manga that have rape scenes (Not my style) [Rape=Love Is sometimes alright.. depending on the story]
3. Avoid Reading action manga with female main characters (In my calculation 65% of females in action manga are just good looking damsel in distress that need constant saving) <---- My calculation came from the manga i have read in the past.
4. I don't read Shoujo Manga that doesn't have a female character with a strong personality (I get annoyed pretty fast)
5. Never judging a manga by it's art. Or date it was published (Since a few them are really good manga to read)
I'm probably just weird since i follow certain rules when i look for something new to read lol <3

like #1 since I don't like being left on the edge.. also I have read quite a lot of ongoing manga(s) some of them got dropped and it was tough especially when I started loving that manga..
Now since I'm scared of being let down I stopped reading the on-going manga(s) and wait for it to be completed. I just put them as "I'm Reading" so I get to see if they get updates.
Now my rule is if some on-going manga looks interesting don't read it yet just bookmark and wait for completion..
Well there are some manga(s) that I read and still on-going (Viewfinder, Super Lovers, Crimson Spell, Koori no mamono no monogatari etc..) and I tell u I'm craving to read it.. but when updates takes long I forget the events of the previous chapters so I decided to wait for it instead

Anyways, the manga is about this guy who loves taking pictures of his former classmate (They weren't friends at that time)he doesn't know why he just find himself trying to see him, eat together with him in the rooftop including taking pictures of him. The former classmate doesn't like getting his picture taking, often demands the guy to delete it. He former classmate barely smiles and it's usually very serious. But later on the guy finally figures out that he is in love with his former classmates since he loves looking at him and acting like a stalker.
1. I believe the former classmates name is Andou.. (or something along those lines)
2. Andou? Accidently breakes the other guys phone when he tried to delete something. (or was it the phone fell on the street accidentally and a car passed over it and breaking it in the process) But pretty sure Andou? felt responsible for it.. <3

I've never read Black Haze (or the manga I'm about to suggest), but you could try The Irregular at Magic High School. There's also an anime available on Netflix, if you have access to it. I caught glimpses of the anime while my sister was watching, and the protagonist seems really freaking strong. He's also keeping that a secret for various reasons, so I thought it would fit with what you're searching for.

Yeah looking for this manga, which ill probably wont be able to explain it in great detail. The only part of this manga i remember is that this annoying girl (model) told the seme something that made him avoid the uke. The seme was tied up by the model, so the uke with a friend of his or maybe a friend of the seme open the apartment door of the seme, and the uke ran in to untie the seme. He told the model with a scary face that if she tries to mess with their relationship again he will kill her. <3
