For me attraction is just hey they look good good or hey they have a personality I like in people I wanted to date.
Like/love to me is I can imagine being in a relationship with them.

What would you do if you like/love someone who is older than you? I have a teacher at my cram school.He is a college student working there as a part-timer.I don't really know if i like/love him.

Well no doubt you have a big crush on him! If it doesn't interfere with your studies, go for it!(I say that cos I'm not very wise regarding my weaknesses!) Like being friendly and talking to him as a person and not a teacher only you have to forget the hierarchy teach stud.
I'd say, let that feelings out of your system. The outcome doesn't matter, at least he knows and you already let it out. Besides, only 1 year left is the best excuse for you to use
