i get ppl r frustrated cz it seems like the author is js dragging cbaw now, but im kinda glad s5 happened because we never really got a grandfather arc (lol) or smth like that, i mean, sure maybe the author should've paced it slower or tried to swerve the story somewhere else cz its kinda confusing how these r all suddenly happening...but still adding the angst/ evil grandpa doings (this is btw assuming the grandpa is really the mastermind behind all this) maybe its js me but i wanted more info abt taesung's grandpa or like knowing what will happen if he found out abt them

i love love love s2, i binged read backlight in one day and omd i love it. i thought this was gonna be the typical not-really-justified-backstory on how and why the characters (esp the top) acted. from the trauma response to the careful deliberation of each characters own way of feeling and taking in their past. i really look forward to s3. i never usually get hyped whenever i get a cliffhanger on these types of manhwa â•®(￣▽￣)â•
sorry the story was genuinely so ass. the only good part was wooyung and taesung separation arc (not including taesung' pov). the story was like it was generated by an ai, it kept forgetting stuff i wanted the chasing arc to last longer sigh
