It is common for KR men to attend one year of college, then go serve in the military, then go back and continue college
Oh I thought he didn't go to college but directly went to complete his service first. It seemed like he skipped the entrance exam and went to the army.
the last ep of S1 is him taking the entrance exam and moving out. i think he likely did one semester and then went to the military
