I do not like how their character changed especially for Chaeri and Seung. Chaeri was feist yet happy and chill at the beginning of the story, and Seung was a happy go luck type and carefree but now they all became dark. Like there's no consistency in their attitude. The only ones who maintained their character is Minu and Onyu all through and through.
Maybe bcuz they were having a conflict?? You expect them to still have that cheerful and happy vibe??
Chaeri wasn't chill from the start. Throughout the story there were some dark vibes from her past. She seems always ready to beat someone. Slso we still don't know anything about her family except a few phrases from Chaeri herself and I doubt them. Also Seung have family problems similar to Ilmi's. They lead to his aggressive behaviour.

I think out of the 5 guys, Vinter is the safest. Atleast he doesn't have that much baggage like Eclis and Callisto. I think Vinter has the safest life so far and he could also protect Penelope plus he is caring and gentle in nature (I guess)

Is he tho ... ? he is also a bit flawed but that's spoiler so I won't elaborate.
In a crucial moment like how it is seen before he would not pick Penelope's side (not spoiler we saw it happening already).. he was willing to off her of to save someone else that he holds dear(kids). His sympathy for her is not strong enough to convince him to switch side and support Penelope completely until much later. Reason why his affection in the previous game event/quest significantly lowered to one digit the instant he started to think she's a danger to the kids. Like it took a flash to dissolve all sympathy he had for her until he was proven wrong. Also the reason why Penelope does not trust him as much as before since she knows if she become indirectly or directly a harm to the kids, he won't hesitate to off with her. Plus having played the game she knows before hand that where Vinter's alliance lies and reason she invested on Eclis since it would take more effort and time to get Vinter to be 100% her ally.

That's true . I was talking about the all around manhwa. Mostly the part about him sacrificing himself for penelope's so many repeats of being reborn. If I remember correctly. But you're right. He did do quite a few things for his selfishness which put the kids also in danger
