to be honest when i started reading i thought it’d be a simple cute and fluffy yuri… little did i know it would explore the depths of gender identity, sexuality, social perception, friendship, and more. i am so glad that i read this ;-;. it was realistic in was that i couldn’t have anticipated, but i loved how raw and honest it was especially when dealing with feelings that aren’t reciprocated in the exact same way. but i loved everything about this i want to say more but im tearing up just thinking about it.

i started reading before realizing there’s already an anime out!! so i’m excited to watch it later
but seriously i didn’t realize such a cute lighthearted concept would go so in depth with the character arcs especially surrounding nishi and tairazuma!! i loved all the characters and side pairings so much. and EEEK the “miyu ill always love you” WAS SOOOO CUTEEEE!!! i, like everyone else, wish we could’ve seen more of tairazuma, but i completely understand that both of them probably need more time before they can enter a healthy relationship, esp taira. but the last scene of them hanging out really made me feel like they have a bond that’s so real and genuine that they’ll be just fine
