why do i feel like the announcer girl is just the mc in disguise

i dont know how to feel about this and by this i mean Mr.Han, like i get that Param likes him but he makes me feel genuinely uncomfortable to the point that i skip most of their one on one interactions. Mr.Han just gives off a bad vibe ya know? he just seems really manipulative and untrustworthy, its almost as if he sees Param as something to conquer rather than a real person with feelings, overall i just feel like Mr.Han is putting on an act and pretending to be nice when in reality he's just a spiteful horny bastard man with no regard to Params actual feelings for him, also when Mr. Han jerks Param in the lounge i felt as if he was just forcing himself onto him and param is just going along with it because he feels pressured into thinking he should like it becuse he likes mr. han, i think that a lot of the things that both hiwi and mr. han have done to param should be called what it is, sexual assault, or dubious consent at the least. my lesbian ass believes in Hiwi supremacy in this god fearing household but im not afraid to point out his faults, BUT hiwi now seems genuinely concerned about param and his feelings and now gets enthusiastic consent in comparison to what mr. han is doing, which in short is just doing whatever he wants without asking param if he actually wants it or not until after he's already started. in short i dont like mr. Han he seems like a creep and Hiwi is doing great at learning to be better and nicer for param because he cares about him. also param is kinda an idiot for going along with mr. Hans bullshit but at the same time i understand that although he feels uncomfortable he's still trying to workout how he feels about Mr. Han and is afraid of loosing his affection by refusing his sexual advances.
