I totally agree with u! I love chasing and regret arcs like the author did in Heavy Rain. Do u know any more bl manwhas like this? I love it when the ML treats the MC wrong and later regrets it. If you could recommend me some manwhas which I don‘t know yet, I would be super thankfull!

Yaass FR FR. My fav "slowburn" redemption novel. I just reread it recently and I'll gladly reread it again. Nothing tops this chasing arc in my lists yet
Rut Partner (a completed novel and a new manhwa) has a great one of these. All of these. Good running, good chasing, good regret. ML is also quite the green flag in many ways. Just plots from bad people
yeah but he kinda accepted ml at the side stories, i re-read the regret arcs tho to make it 10 times better for me

Yet to find a chasing arc where MC doesn't go back to their abuser (ignoring Kiraide Isasete, but the abuse happened pre story). So we just gotta keep reading the wife chasing crematorium part T.T
Btw for those not in the know, china has a genre called Wife Chasing Crematorium which is the chasing arc, but not nessisarily BL, or romance related toxic. Sometimes it's family, friends, or the world who have abandoned MC. But worth a check out if you read Chinese novels too. Since we all like to suffer like this, thought I'd share <3.
The Whole World Is My Crematorium < is one I was reading (BL, multiple potential MLs and all are abusers for different reasons) idk much about the ending, but I love how much MC pushes back on everyone. Even after they're sob stories (one of the MLs, their ending was so shockingly I just sat there with my mouth agape, surprised the author had the balls to pull that move). I've gone back for the chasing a few times, but for some reason always fail to finish it XD
