Rika is a trans boy having problems with his mom and runs away where he meets Satsuki, a boy dealing with his own home issues. The two end up living with Rika's uncle. It's not a romance, althought Satsuki hold feelings towards Rika, he decides to stay as his friend. Tear-jerker coming of age story but spoiler in the end everyone is in a better place.
