I read this shounen-ai manga once and loved it but I can't remember the name! This one rebellious student (seems kind of tough but actually super cute) was constantly breaking the school dress code and this other nerdy goody-two-shoes type student (who was a prefect, or a hall monitor, or on the student council, or SOMETHING like that), who was strict in inspecting students for dress code infractions, would always let him get away with it because he had a huge crush on him.
