I just read this manga (I Offer You My Last Love ~The Young Heir with One Year to Live~) and I want to read more of this similar plot. Sick ML and FL just loving their time together. Doesn’t matter what other clichés I just need something sobbing- heartwarming moments they have. Thank in advance

There’s a korean guy who works in a sauna place in the USA and from there he met an government agent guy (red haired) and a mafia guy (long blond hair). He kinda go back and forth with his relationship with these guys and learned of the truth about what the guys do. Hence he goes back and forth with his feelings. In the end they got caught in a battle between government and mafia and both guys wanted to leave everything behind to be with the korean guy. I think he said no and went on with their lives and later regretted it so they got back together and escaped to an island or a place no one knows. But then after they lived a happily ever after, story then went back of them going back to their own respective places and acted like nothing happened or ever happened. And that was the ending I think, I’m not sure.
