Just gonna say, the novel ver is so much hotter. Like Eugene went all out and let his pent up frustrations go.

I read some part of the novel and the truth is ancia didnt want to commit suicide. It felt like someone pushed her or smth but in short she didnt want to die.

Dont worry her sister, diana, is very sweet she goes against their fathers wishes and becomes a knight. And then after count bellasian knew that she wanted to be a knight he beat her up.

Both diana and the crown prince hate each other. They keep competing to see who ancia loves more. Diana often visits ancia at the palace to play and theres this one scene where they played at the snow.

Diana also hates richard(?) The dude that tried to flirt on ancia.

Crown prince also knows that eunhan isnt actually a cat from the get go. And is very jealous at him.

Also, eunhan and ancia goes to this ruined place to look for a way to break the crown princes curse because he was on the verge of death. Ancia discovers a secret of the kingdom (i dont remember what it is because i didnt understand a single thing lol). Ancia also has the light powers or whatever u call that

• The current Luca is a regressor
• Luca went back in time with the help of a goblet
• This goblet is the Winterwald's secret family treasure
• Winterwald was tasked to keep the royal family from accessing the cup.
• Only someone with royal blood can use the goblet, so no Winterwald would've ever been able to unleash its magic.
• So going back to Luca, the goblet can grant a person's wish — that's how Luca went back in time; however, Luca's wish was not about him going back in time to take revenge or whatever, his wish was for everyone to be happy.
• Now, why did the goblet grants Luca's wish? Well simply because Luca has the blood of royalty. His mom has the blood of royalty. And YES, Judith also has the blood of royalty. His father is also from a royal bloodline.
• The former king's sister, Greta, ran away from the palace (home) along with a handsome commoner she fell in love with. And Greta was the mother of Larisa and Judith's mother. So, in short, Larisa and Judith are the granddaughters of a princess, the sister of the former king.
• About Judith, Judith is the REAL JUDITH. There was never a novel, to begin with. She never read a novel about Luca's life; she simply remembered Luca's memories from his past life. In short, all the abuse she gave Luca was her doings. Judith died in modern time (in Korea) then she reborn as Judith (born as Judith, like from baby, u know what I mean?). So yeah, when Judith died at the first timeline, she also went back in time as Judith, but she forgot about being the real Judith.
• Judith apologized to Luca and Luca accepted it. Luca also admitted why Judith acted like that in the past. Judith was consumed in resentment because her beloved sister died after having Luca and worst of all, Luca doesn't resemble her sister at all. Luca said that Judith stopped hating him and that she started hating the Winterwald family (the reason why she went with Franz plan). Luca also said that Judith gave him the portrait of his mother after he went to the Winterwald. Also, Luca knew that in the first timeline, Franz changed his mind in killing him because Judith argued with Franz about it.
• Luca and Judith told everything to Rudy.
• The duke also knew about the goblet and the wish. He patted Luca and said about being proud or something to how Luca wished everyone's happiness.
• Back to Luca again (lol), he is not the true heir of the Winterwald household. Why? Because Jonas is not the duke's son. Venessa, one of the former king's daughters, married the duke to get away from her father. She slept around and got pregnant, she doesn't know who the father was. She died as soon as she gave birth to Jonas, Luca's father.
• About Jonas, Luca's father, the one who killed him was the duke. Because Jonas wants to be king. He was arrogant and a greedy person. The last thing that upsets the duke was that Jonas looked down on Sophie, the friend of Venessa; the duke's mother's maid; and Rudy's mother. Jonas planned to kill Sophie after he will become the King.
• So yeah about the thing about the Duke, Vennesa, and Sophie. I know it's weird since Venessa and Sophie are friends. But... Venessa, for me, is a good person, and Sophie sad so too. The Duke and Venessa made a deal with each other. So they had a marriage contract or something like that. Venessa knows how the Duke feels about Sophie and vice versa. As Sophie said, they knew each other's secrets and that Venessa gave her every good thing in her life.
• The reason why Sophie paid more attention to Jonas was because he's the son of Vennesa. It is said that she doesn't love Jonas, more like a substitute for Venessa. She's very loyal to Venessa hence why she wants Jonas to become the successor of the Duke. She really loves Venessa, she still smile everytime she talks and thinks about Venessa.
• In the first timeline, Sophie died because of the anxiety when she heard about the death of Rudy. The reason why the Duke took care of Jonas, more than his own son, was because he felt guilty for Venessa ( after her death) and he felt like he didn't do anything on his side of his bargain. To begin with, the Duke doesn't care who will be the next to succeed him. Jonas was just greedy and has a nasty attitude, especially to Sophie (duke's love one). Judith is feeling unsure about what the duke and Sophie felt with Rudy, and hoped that they will reveal their genuine feelings to Rudy.
• Judith and Rudy will get married and they will have a daughter.
• To begin with, the former king really dislikes Rudy for Judith. The former king loves Judith. Favoritism since Judith looks like his sister and she has the same purple eyes as his sister and his daughter, Vennesa. That's also one of the reason why Sophie like Judith. Because Venessa told her to be kind to people who have purple eyes since maybe they are having a difficult time of their life.
• The former king always separate Judith and Rudy. He doesn't let Judith get outside of the palace. That's why she went out (with permission and excuse by accompanying Luca) to talk to Rudy. But the next one will be Rudy coming to the palace in commoner's disguise and some ball in announcing the existence of Judith.
• Luca (was) also didn't approved of Rudy's marriage proposal since in the first timeline, Rudy never felt love and shows love with anyone.
• Rudy became the heir and soon will become a duke.

So what we know and what the transmigrated ancia from the other world knows is that Richard and Diana are the main characters of the book and Blake is basically the 2nd male lead that diana saves. But actually it's more than that. Blake, Ancia, and Richard are the reincarnated versions of Rakshul (blake), Laontel (Ancia), and Philip (Richard).

In the past, Laontel and the goddess of light, Serphania were best friends. Laontel was in a relationship with Rakshul, the crown prince of the Zelcan empire. Serphania fell in love with Philip who is human. Serphania gifted Laontel the blessing of light (a necklace) as a token of their friendship. Now Serphania being the dumb bitch that she is decided to give Philip the power of light because she loves him and Philip "promised" to give it back when she wants it back. Laontel is obviously worried and decides to talk to Philip but Philip tattles about it to Serphania and said that they should not get married at all. Serphania becomes angry at Laontel then she says they're no longer friends. When Serphania gives Philip the power of light, Philip betrays Serphania. He actually loves Laontel from the start and makes this plague that kills Rakshul along with many people. Once the emperor's seat was vacant because they all died from the plague, Philip somehow appears and "saves" everyone from the plague using the power of light. Philip was then crowned as the new emperor and change the empire's name from Zelcan to Asteric. Philip wants Laontel to be his empress but she refuses. Laontel goes to Serphania and gives her the blessing of light which Serphania gave her. Serphania used it to fight Philip but she loses and was sealed into the Valley of chaos but before she was selaed she gave Laontel some of her powers. Philip changes history by making new stone tablets that states Rakshul as the bad guy and him as the good guy. Laontel decides to protect history by using the powers Serphania gave her to seal the stone tablets with the correct history. Philip tried to destroy them but failed and instead sealed them in a room in a separate palace.

Serphania used her remaining powers to write words into the offsprings of Philip and his many wives. Basically, those writings are the curses that states that she was betrayed by Philip and she is trapped in the valley of chaos. Philip sees this and at first tries to override the curse but it only made the writings unreadable he then proceeds to kill his children. Everytime, the writings appear on his children they are instantly killed. Laontel made stone tablets about the death of the princes using the last of her powers. She sealed them to protect the contents from Philip. Laontel tried to convince Philip for the last time to break Serphania's seal but he refuses and then she dies in Philip's arms.

Blake and Tensetheon are descendants of Philip. That is the reason why Blake has the curse. Ancia is the true bearer of the power of light and not her sister, Diana. It was only passed to Diana because Ancia in the original story drowned. Ancia died on the lake because she was attracted to the stone tablet hidden at the bottom of the lake which Laontel made before she died. The valley of chaos is where Serphania is sealed. The emperors always go to the valley of chaos every 3 (?) Months to strengthen the seal to not let Serphania out. They do this because that is what Philip commanded to his descendants, they did not know the goddess of light was sealed there.

Ancia discovered the stone tablets sealed in the separate palace and proceeds to discover about the truth. She tries to cure Blake's curse and at first it works. However, it came back and the valley of chaos "needs" to be sealed again. Ancia goes to the valley of chaos and is trapped there for 7 (?) Years. There time slows down. Ancia then talked to Serphania and you know what?? THE BITCH SERPHANIA WAS ANGRY AT HER. SHE WAS ANGRY BECAUSE ANCIA WAS LATE AND SHE SUFFERED THERE FOR A LONG TIME. THE AUDACITY OF THIS BITCH LIKE IT'S NOT HER DAMN FAULT IN THE FIRST PLACE.

So because Serphania was angry she told Ancia that she will kill all of Philip's descendants, which means Tensetheon and Blake will die. Of course Ancia refuses and says to kill her instead. SERPHANIA AGAIN WITH THE BULLSHIT LET'S ANCIA LIVE BUT IN HER OLD BODY. So basically, Ancia is in Serphania's body with a face half burnt and a body that has many scars. She also can't talk, read, or write. Serphania made it so that she won't tell anybody anything. Ancia met Blake who is 7 (?) Years older and Blake was really kind to her. Ancia's name was changed in to Rose. The catch of meeting with Blake is that she will die in 6 months. Blake spent time with Rose (Ancia) and basically sees the real Ancia in her. Rose cannot tell him the truth no matter what she does. THE BITCH SERPHANIA SHOWS UP IN THE BODY OF THE REAL ANCIA AND FOOLED EVERYONE INTO THINKING THAT SHE'S BACK AND SHE LOST ALL HER MEMORIES. Everyone thought she died and almost everyone stopped searching for her except for Blake. Blake, however, did not believe her and was still kind to Rose. Blake was sure that Rose was Ancia then they kiss. Serphania talks to Rose and basically tries to kill her. Blake saw this and Serphania told him to either kill himself or Ancia dies. Blake chose to drink the poison and kill himself than to let Ancia die. Once he drinks it Serphania apologizes to Ancia and brought everything back to normal. Blake did not die and Ancia was in her old body again. Ancia forgave Serphania and Blake also asked for forgiveness for his ancestors. Blake and Ancia live, love, laugh for the remaining of the story.

With Richard (the reincarnated philip) he tried to steal ancia from blake but he failed and their dukedome also falls in the story. When Ancia was trapped in the Valley of chaos he tried to act like a good person but he's still rotten inside. He's the one who brought the fake Ancia (Serphania) to the castle. He tried to use her but Serphania knew who he was and was only pretending to be fooled because she still loves him. I SWEAR I CANNOT STAND THIS BITCH. I forgot what happened to him in the end I think he was turned into a commoner or something lower because he brought the fake Ancia to the castle. I'm not sure about his ending.

I'm not sure about how many kids they had sorry about that. AND OH TENSETHEON IS A GREAT DAD. HE REALLY LOVES BLAKE AND ANCIA.

—————————————————————in short: Dane is ML and his backstory is really sad and painful — current fiancé is actually innocent and really sweet — Rona was indeed a witch, and I’m pretty sure she was the one providing love potions for Angela, more on that later———————————————————so the ML of this is the first prince, who is obviously Dane, the boy she met at the pond. He fell in love at first sight with Jayna. Also, his backstory is really sad, you could even say it was more sad than Jayna’s. He literally gets screwed over by EVERYONE in his life, his own father, nanny, and best friend. But the explanation is quite long, so to sum it up, he is sick because he is getting poisoned by his nanny and if I recall, his father, the king, knows about it and doesn’t do anything about it. Later on in the story, he gets cured of this poison or illness by that white rabbit that was shown earlier if you remember. It is actually some holy creature or something.———————————————————-Another surprising thing I feel like people should know if they want spoilers, is that the current fiancé, is actually SO SWEET. In the previous timeline where he “fell in love” with Angela, it was only because Angela somehow fed him a love potion. The truth was, Cassiel LOVED Jayna. He wanted to marry her and liked her since he was young, he practiced a certain sword style because Jayna liked it, even though it was actually inconvenient, and once, Jayna mentioned that she like the colour blue or something, and he showed up at like some event (?don’t remember what event or if he was just visiting) wearing all blue just so she can be happy. In fact, Cassiel, Dane, and even the second prince didn’t care about Angela. The second prince liked thicc women (which Angela is not) but he was also fed the love potion, and Cassiel didn’t care because he was genuinely in love with Jayna. ———————————-However, in this timeline, Jayna doesn’t end up with Cassiel because she can’t get over the trauma of the past life. Even after the engagement is broken in the new timeline, Cassiel still loves her and and swears royalty as her knight and to protect her from the shadows. In one instance, Jayna was being attacked or something, and some mysterious guy saved her (it was Cassiel). He really only gives up or realizes he doesn’t have a chance anymore after Jayna marries Dane. He is sad, but he moves on (there’s no indication he’s with another girl, he just becomes more devoted to being a knight). —————-in the end, Angela dies by execution, and even then, she still a bitch. Also her backstory is mostly where her mom was abused by her dad, to the point of death, and Angela eventually gets abused too. Angela has always seen her mom get beat up in this pink dress, hence her dislike towards pink. Also Angela and her mom was responsible for the death of Jaynas mom. I’m too lazy to get into that thing. Also some other details. ———there’s three queens j think? First one is dead, second one is being ignored by king (also the mother of first prince I think? Don’t remember, and the third queen, who the king is madly in love with. It’s because of the third queen that Dane is getting poisoned (fed to him by his nanny), and because the king loves the third queen so much, he overlooks and neglects Dane being poisoned. Ok it’s fucking 7 am and I need to sleep how. Hope this spoiler is enough.

Since I wrote this as a reply to a comment, might as well share for others. How did it get this long? Σ( ￣□￣||) HUGE SPOILER (READ AT OWN RISK!):










So basically this is a story about reincarnation. Long ago there are 3 Children of God (children who are loved and blessed by God). 1st child who killed his lover. 2nd child who killed her son. 3rd child who killed his parents. Because of their sin, all 3 were cursed by God to reincarnate with dark mana (or dark magic within) and remember their past lives. Once they remember their lives, they will repeat their sins. 1st child will fall in love, remember his lover and kill his lover again. 2nd child will love her child, remember her past and kill her child. 3rd will do the same for his parents. They repeat countless reincarnation like this, basically living in torment for their guilt by killing their loved ones. As you can guess, the 2nd child is our MC Aisha (I think she's the great saintess from 500 years ago who was said will be reborn again), and Abel is the soul of her child she will end up killing if she ever remembers her past due to the curse. The medication MC is taking (as seen in the webtoon) is given to suppress her power and memory so she wouldn't remember. The one supplying this medication is a priest from the temple name Mikhail/Michael (?), who is the 1st cursed child of God. And as may suspect, our MC is his past lover. Michael is planning to kill MC before he falls in love with her again so that he won't suffer the pain of killing a loved one again. The reason why MC killed her child long ago was bcuz her child was in pain/sick and she couldn't help bear to watch him suffer, so to end her child's pain, she killed him. As for the 1st child of God, he himself couldn't remember why he killed his own lover. The 3rd child of God however, watching the 2 suffer from their sins, he tried to break the curse by killing the God himself but he didn't succeed (and ended up getting cursed too, with killing a parent curse). The 3rd child of God was the most favoured and he has the power to Procreate/Create life, so he ended up creating the world for the 2 other child of God hoping for them to break the curse so they all can be free (so basically the 3rd child is the author of the book MC read).


Our poor MC will start stopping taking her medication and that's when her power and memory slowly coming back (she had both black magic and white magic in her body). That's when she realize that she will end up killing Abel if this goes on. She will want to break their engagement and ask ML to kill her bcuz she couldn't kill herself as the curse will rebound any effort of self mutilation. Oh and also she was Janes (in her past life before she dies and got reincarnated and transmigrated into current body, Aisha), the person who guided ML to save the then orphaned Abel. MC as Janes, pleaded to ML to take good care of Abel and for him to promise her to kill anyone who will come to him in the future saying that they remembered their past lives. And ML promised Janes.


And in the current timeline, after MC remembers this, she asks ML to uphold that promise. ML is totally livid and their conversation is so heart breaking. ML refused, but MC said that with the curse she won't be able to stop herself from killing Abel, and she kept apologizing to ML for dragging him into this mess of a fate. She also said that now she had black magic, she could even control ML's mind (as black magic can brainwash people) if she wants (kind of hinting she might command him to kill her using that method if he continues to refuse), but ML kept refusing and hoping they find a way to break the curse together. ╥﹏╥

Anyway, since the spoiler is incomplete and I don't have all the details, some things happened and it's happy ending! They managed to break the curse and finally all three children of God can live in peace. MC and ML got to have their happy ending with Abel, creating a happy family.
