Blue haired guy is the one who interrogated her. He's sticking with her due to a mission at first then starts feeling guilty for what happened.
Ml finds out the truth about his wife and the blie haired guy. But doesnt say anything as he feels.bad and with her now having issues with her memory (shes at a stage where she still believes theyre marrried)

Andrei was sent to keep an eye on her so that her memories stay forgotten (they drugged her to trigger her and make her confess in deleriym but as side effect the drug makes her lose her memory. It's progressive. She can remember her most oldest memories - how she made the watches again after so many years but as a side effect she will keep forgetting her present memories little by little)
