This is just a guess. But I think Bum borrowed money because he wanted to give Sangwoo something. As a follow up on their happy celebration and all. Bum usually shrugs off matters about Sangwoo that hurts him cause he's obsessed like that.
What I've understand is that the envy stone will be ineffective if the holder does not carry ill intentions or extreme jealousy anymore. So what kang jinha is doing is that he is sacrificing himself so that Seonyun will not be jealous anymore then finally leave siwon alone. Even though in the end, siwon might end up with someone else and not him as the letter had implied.

With this new season, I did expect that it wouldnt be so dramatic and action packed as the first season. The first season was mindfucking. This season, for me, has the kind of build up that you think is boring in the beginning then gives all the action, drama and craziness at the end
Let me just say I love chap 29 where Yeonduk said he just wants Skyler to be happy then the frame! That f*ing frame where Skyler was dumbfounded then some glitter effect was there and thats when I deeply wish that Skyler have FINALLY saw Yeonduk as a sun. Like how Yeonduk saw him as the galaxy. Like literally. I hope Yeonduks hair changes into the sun which means Yeonduk finally sees his significance. Yeonduks hair right now is like a dull sun so I am so gonna squeal when it becomes a bright sun in Skyler's eyes ISTG!!!!

for me it meant that changing the hair means they will change or have changed the character's life. Basically, it means they become more than a friend. Maybe as someone special or like a reliable friend to rely on and trust. Oooor, a love rival, hihihi
