I'm confused how the anime is completed but the manga is still ongoing. Does that mean the manga and anime will have a different ending? Also if that's true, then is reading the manga worth it?
The anime was faithful to the manga except the ending part. Till now there are 2 parts of the anime that are completed, there maybe a 3rd part in ther future. The manga continues the story after the ending in the anime(from the act of empty hearts). The manga also has more scenes that weren't included in the anime. The manga also explores deeper into characters backstory too. So I would recommend reading the manga. In fact, I was so addicted to the manga that I couldn't wait and translated the ch 60. So I would definitely say, read the manga.
the manga is way better, maybe the anime decided they didn’t want to make another season or something, you should definitely read the manga
