For cabel and eric, they see hari as a NEW sister and they feel siblingly love but for eugene she wasnt a sister but a girl even if he tried to love her as sibling(which is same with hari). Even if he really loved her as a sister, feelings can change(love can turns to hate etc) they are not real siblings and they didnt see each other for years.
