No, it's selfishness. He could've told Dohu about it if he wasn't selfish but instead he didn't. He already knows that Dohu can't easily process or understand feelings, emotions and even social cues so he should've told Dohu about it. But no, he's keeping all the problems to himself but all his frustrations is vented to Dohu

Atp I can't really understand Juheon's "hatred" towards Dohu anymore. Juheon knows even before that Dohu can't express his feelings like a normal person. He knew that and still love Dohu before that's why they started their relationship.
What I understand is the sudden outburst of Juheon when he realizes the first time that Dohu "intended" to use him as a character subject, which later Dohu stopped doing so as he realizes that he loves Juheon.
Dohu just didn't said it as he thinks it doesn't really matter (as I previously said, he lacks the ability to interpret and share feelings/emotions) because they love each other. Juheon should've understand that after a long time.
Fight me, but Juheon is just pouring the family problem that he can't solve or even escape to Dohu. All his frustrations are mixing up with their past relationship into how he is treating Dohu now. I don't hate them but I hate how he turn out because I know Juheon and Dohu are just a baby who truly loves each other!!! Please bring them back
