I don't think that is gonna happen brotha. From what I read (either on T@pas or Insta I don't remember as it was years ago) their relationship will only ever be platonic with one sided romantic feelings (From the Boy towards Tera). On T@pas the author also has in the description to not use the yaoi tag for this story. Idk if the author changed his mind about this so that's why I am just lurking in here to see people's reactions But on T@pas the author also put the Boys Love genre for this story... I personally don't find the genre suitable for a platonic relationship so that's why I have hopes for a proper romance at some point in the story between these two

Yeah, I remember a few years ago he was answering questions about the story on IG and like you said, he mentioned the characters were never going to kiss, let alone have sex. I also remember readers—including myself—losing their minds over it because this wasn't exactly the typical BL story most of us expected.
A lot of people accused the artist of queerbaiting but personally I see it as something between a strong bromance and a young boy figuring out his sexuality, so I wouldn't call it a complete bait-and-switch. That said, it does feel like the artist may have shifted the direction a little, though I'm not entirely sure since the boy’s still a minor but I’m also hoping we get some genuine romance, not necessarily sex but at least something more openly romantic.

Yeah personally I don't think the story is queerbaiting at all but calling it a BL might be a bit misleading IF there is no romance buuuut I also see this shift a bit so hopes and prayers we get smth more clear later Still peak story though. Also the Boy is still a minor? For some reason I thought he turned 18 at some point

I actually don’t think sex suits this story and I hope the author doesn’t put it in. I actually like how ambiguous their relationship is, it has far more chemistry than majority of yaoi with tons of explicit scenes. Not everything needs sex or even explicit romance

tried to find the raws first before i upload those ngl but it just came out this year so there’s none available yet, just 4 volumes (12 chapters) on jp paid sites. coolmic prolly will takes a lot of time to upload next chapters too as its only available on their site (for english).
