so-called triple twist but what exactly are we supposed to be surprised about…? the events that take place in the story feel like they happen just because they're supposed to, instead of being motivated by the characters. don't recommend this if you're actually looking for a story to read; it's not even written well enough for it to be engaging.

reaaaaallly didnt vibe with the heeno/aerak couple. something about aerak being overweight initially and heeno falling in love at first sight After aerak's weight loss is so gross, especially when you find out that he confessed to heeno pre-wl and got called a pig/animal for being overweight. heeno literally never interacts with aerak again after his confession. aerak's so heartbroken over the rejection he turns to archery and loses weight. but does heeno ever discover this? no! all the torment and anguish is solely aerak's. i don't necessarily blame him for choosing heeno in the end because you can argue that it's a form of self-harm or whatever. but i think the story really falls flat because the conflict is never fully resolved. plus, heeno doesn't feel as fleshed out as aerak. like genuinely who is he as a character besides being handsome and liking aerak. the dream of a happy ending at the end feels so hollow because heeno has never actually fought for anything in their relationship. whatever man.
