So guys, I bought the raws up to chatper 3 and...the dom is scared to hurt his sub and really cares for him.
I think the sub is a bit too naive. The dom tries his best to contol himself. It's made clear in this manga that the dom doesn't chose his violent and hard play style willingly. He gets sick when he doesn't play hard but hates to see his sub in pain...I'm gonna continue reading and update. ლ(´ڡ`ლ)

There are parallels im the anime and manga:
- Gojo got sealed in the anime in the same week he was killed in the manga
- Nobara gets introduced in the anime in the same week she was "killed" in the manga.

But, gege's random hiatus and weird content choice might have something to do with it. Like, he even took a break so that gojos death matches the sealing episode.
I recently re-watched the fight with Gojo vs Toji. How he got cut in the anime parallels the wounds from sukuna. And Gojo has foreshadowed/warned before that (Toji) " should have gone for his head. And both toji and sukuna failed to remember that. Also since sukuna is wearing Megumi. The fights are parallel there too.
