I don't know why but I kinda get what Izuku means. Asui I know what you said is supposed to be encouraging and all but it's nothing like that right now. It kinda feels like 'don't worry you can show your vulnerable side whenever you want even though we're in a battlefield right now'. Even if the class know bits and pieces of the situation if you look it as a character in the manga right now, it's not the time to show your vulnerable side to a villain who basically knows what you're up to. Although it is healthy to let out your feelings, it also hurts to see that you're affecting the person who is actually listening to it. Izuku is a person who actually never changes his mind if he already decided. His goal right now is the peace in Japan to be brought back and to see the people he's close with to live happily. If he pushes his negative thoughts to his classmates it will only affect them. Although when Todoroki said that he should share his burden to them to fight together, Izuku's decision is resolute and unwavering if he wants his burden to lighten up his shoulders the consequence is the burden will be placed to his classmates. As the saying goes "Pain makes you stronger". Okay, Anyways, I don't know why but I really will like it if Katsuki is the one who will be the bigger impact on Izuku. Katsuki knows him very well and even told the whole class that he's the only one who knows him best, if this exact flow goes well in the next chapter then Izuku's and Katsuki's relationship will definitely develop and will finally be established as a more developed rival relationship. And if ever the class will show their now new strength, it might either make Izuku let them do whatever they want or it will make Izuku's trust in them to increase and leave them as in escaping since they're able to protect themselves. Katsuki being the persistent guy he is will I guess follow Izuku while his classmates shout at him to stop and they will do it again when they have a chance since it's too dangerous going alone. Again, Katsuki being persistent ignores the calls. If ever Katsuki actually catches up and Izuku stops—after some time of trying to lose Katsuki— they will have a rematch somehow. (●'◡'●) But Katuski will still try and reason him or not. Welp, that's what I'm actually hoping for. Thanks for taking your time to read this rant. It's not much, just me trying to actually understand the situation.

If I recall, Arthur was (ig) pressured to make a final decision. They end up together but the confession and the chasing were more on Arthur himself. He ended up apologizing before he confessed. It made my stomach twist and turn, and my heart ache. All Tessia did was kiss him and pressured him. He teased and tried to avoid the subject but Tess took it too far and blamed him for being immature. Like what Arthur said what was he gonna do? Confess his love? That was forced upon him to make a decision? Reject her that was going to pull a full-on hatred to the parents who are the royalty of the elf Kingdom? Wasn't it enough that he was with Tess? And to think he was badass-smart MC but when it comes to Tess he makes totally bad decisions. I was ready to bail out on the novel AND the manhwa. I just stopped reading the novel in the hundreds after Arthur confessed and apologized, get attacked by the future enemy, his friends(The Discipline Committee) died, and were shredded to pieces before he could get to the school. He wasn't in the School cuz' he was trapped in the dungeon where they took their lesson on combat, was it? And again he was left behind because of that L#c@$(Yes, I'm censoring his name). When he finally came back he was back home just to rest, but in the school, there was chaos and havoc, students dying cuz' again of fucking L#c@$. Tbh when he finally came, the only thing he did was kill L#c@$ bc he wanted Tess to be safe. And bc he killed L#c@$, he got injured bc of L#c@$'s Brother probably pissed, And bc his mind was set upon on saving Tess not only did he lose his best friend, Not be appreciated by the students for saving them, be guilty of killing L#c@$ and not gaining the favor of the royals even though he knew the both of the royals, not being saved by anyone except an outsider but he was also pressured to tell the truth to his family of his past because of the situation. And soon (I read it in the comments, btw) Tess was the cause of the downfall of the war, just bc she distracted Arthur when practically she was safe in another battle, and what did that result in? THE DEATH OF HIS FATHER!! BECAUSE HIS FAMILY WAS PARTICIPATING IN THE WAR!! AND he abandoned all his family, troops, and responsibilities... JUST FOR A WOMAN!! And TESS IS THAT FRICKING SO-CALLED WOMAN!! From the start, I just knew that she was going to be the FL and be the person who would make the MC all soft, But I also didn't know that she was going to be the demise of Arthur Leywin ヽ(`Д´)ﾉ



This is why romance in shounen in the 3M's is bad for the plot and the flow of the story. It leaves a bad taste to the readers, much less the MC, the females that are reading the story are just going to be pissed off at how the personality of the FL is so not what a woman is supposed to be. HELL!! I'm a female myself and just thinking that people in the 3M's put females in the category where they will swoon on any man and they want the MC to touch them and taking off their clothes in front of the MC.

Okay I'm done ranting, Oh and this is not a hate on Tess but a hate on the flow of the story, for me I feel like Arthur is just getting dumber and dumber as the story flows because of what? because of the romance.

O
