Here you go, though I've heard from some people that the novel is slightly different in how it portrays it's scenes, so the timeline is a bit different giving some spoilers to future events

The problem is that the novel and anime have 2 separate timelines. MCs timeline (since she can litterally start grinding the second she is born, while all the other class needs to wait a few years at least because of infancy period. So you can read the novel and just skip the "special chapters", or you can watch the anime. The anime's timeline for MC (since it goes back and forth between the timelines) ends exactly where we are in the manga right now, so the only benifit of watching it would be getting the second timeline with MC's classmates, in which case you'd have to watch it from the beginning. As for the novel, I could find where we are and you'd just need to skip the "special chapters" like I said before, so up to you. I hoped this helped
