Like I said, it just seems a lil slow of Dante to not even question as to why Demis didn't mention a hospital wide blood test. You'd also think Demis would be the one to take his blood if absolutely necessary so he could fudge the records or something.
It's a plot hole for the convenience of creating yet another conflict for the two.

I rarely read stories where the male lead regressed, but it paints a nice picture tbh. Those stories make Regression look like the easiest thing in the world but I assume it's not that easy to get over. This story feels like it'd be so good but it's hard for me to get over how meek and accepting the fl is. I understand not all women have to be strong and assertive but It'd take some getting use to
