okay, I am not 100% sure of the plot either but I can tell you what I remember. If it's wrong, please feel free to correct me. I don't know the names so sorry if it gets confusing.

the MC girl and the ninetails are kinda in love (or slowly getting there), she is his master. he hates this dude who he thinks killed his mom and made him serve the MC girl's family for 100years. His mom was chosen for something (I think being the representative of foxes or something like that, I forgot) and since they killed her the gods were angry. therefore foxes can no longer become human or gods when they become ninetails and start dying sooner (and because of that they drink potion that moon rabbits produse to live longer). that can be changed only by the reincarnation of that dude the ninetails hate.

the foxes believed the black hair guy with short hair (the one the red hair fox girl is crazy about, son of the leader of white foxes aka white leader) is the reincarnation because the white leader made him eat an orb (probably the precious red leader's - we don't know that for sure yet but if it's true it will mean war; btw that raid hair girl is previous red leader's daughter) when he was a child and killed anyone who doubted his son being the reincarnation. the reason his son (that black hair guy with short hair) plays along is to save his mom. the white leader said if he brings him the real reincarnation he will release them both. and I think his mom look is very similar to ninetails mom, but they don't know that yet.

the MC girl is the reincarnation everybody is looking for but at the same time not really. she has eaten the orb of reincarnation given to her by the green leader when she was just a baby. I don't remember much of that, just that it was snow and she would die without it. she was living without knowing that, falling in love with the ninetails and even refusing to become medium just so she could make ninetails free. and then something happened, she became the medium and recently realized she was the reincarnation. she is still too afraid of nine tails reaction to tell him that but because she doesn't want to be a burden she is secretly training her powers to awaken - so far not much progress. when she was trying to use her powers in school to get reid of some ghost or something the son of the white leader helped her so he knows that she is the real reincarnation.

oh, and the girl with black hair is the reincarnation of green leader's lover and the tiger girl is the tiger deity which was serving/being friends with (I don't know, just that they were together) the dude nine tails hates - the one everybody's reincarnation is looking for. and there is something with the chicken at MC girl's house. I think it's a phoenix or something and is there to over see the nine tails or something? I forgot ╮(￣▽￣)╭

oh yeah, I forgot about the mouse. If I remember correctly that mouse has the power to gain peoples memories by eating their hair (or nails I am not sure). that is how it knows all of this. because it eat MC girls hair/nails and someone else's as well, but I don't remember whose. Probably the green leader since it know about his love's reincarnation? or it's his friend and he told it himself? sorry I can't be more helpful╮(￣▽￣)╭
