Poor storytelling. Plot is a mess and has a lot of holes. None of the conflicts or problems were solved properly. Both characters are insane and problematic. There never was any true wholesome moment, if there was it was just an illusion. The only thing good about this is the smut.
Don't believe the other person, they just couldn't understand the plot. There is a lot of drama, trauma and psychological stuff. I think some people can't understand the depth of the story because the translation is very mid to bad.
Yes there is a lot of smut, but that is mostly because of the MC condition, which is later revealed. Give it a try if you like some toxic trauma with a possessive ML
