I don't want none of that sympathy sht or redemption sht from Koishi or Caius, friendship is cute and all that but what they both did isn't just personal it affects state affairs and all titans.
Its a horror/psychological manga where couples can only get kids if they pass a government test. The government sends an employee/child to observe their behaviour and later decide if they’re fit to be parents.
I think it starts with a couple who've been denied multiple times due to them being physically abusive but there's another couple who actively sabotages their chances of approval for some reason.
