Okay, I think a lot of people are confused with the first story haha. Ralphie and Achilles's grandfather loved each other before but the grandfather tricked Ralphie so he could have his powers and since Ralphie is an angel and angels are meant to be a virgin he couldn't return due to the fact they did "it". Being felt betrayed he hid where no one can find him. Years later the grandson (Achilles) went to find the sage the grandfather was talking about which is Ralphie to cure the disease in his kingdom. I don't know where the development of feelings appeared because it was very vague, I assumed it can have been when Ralphie healed/cured Achilles and his kingdom. 10 years passed since Achilles became king and since he last saw Ralphie he went to visit his grandfather's grave and there he meant Ralphie again, he confessed his love and they end up happy.
Achilles is the grandson but he isn't the reincarnation of the grandfather since the grandfather was still alive when Achilles was a kid.
Ralphie was the angel (or sage since that's what the grandfather called him) who fallen in love with the grandfather but was betrayed but fell in love again with Achilles.
That was a brief summary if I missed anything please tell me! (⌒▽⌒)
Okay, I'll tell you know that when I saw tragedy I was reluctant to read but I read it anyways. Now I will tell you I did skip some parts of the first and second chapters but I still scanned it so if I seem to be mistaken about something do tell me!
Here's my take on it, to be honest I loved the idea of the omegaverse cuz I find it unique but I do agree that the fated pair/mate thing is unnecessary, but in the story the guy didn't mean to trash talk the dead husband because the alpha didn't know he was dead in the first place, he thought he was an unloving jerk. The Omega probably had an idea or a feeling that the alpha was his fated pair/mate also but wanted to run away from the idea because of his dead husband. The story wasn't shouting to us that fated pairs/mate are to be, in my opinion I took it as moving on and keeping the memories of the loves in the heart because even though they aren't with us anymore they are still watching over us and wanting us to find happiness, just like the dead husband wanted for the Omega. The alpha was also respectful about the dead husband aftering finding out the real truth, he didn't force the Omega to throw away the ring or to forget about the dead husband, instead he took it in a positive light and was happy to the omega's second pair.
I really loved this!! The life lessons the author wrote about loving your loved ones without being ashamed of your racist, sexuality, or ethnicities. It's truly one human needs to learn and I hope everyone finds a guy like gyungwoo because we need to love each other for who we are and not how other see us.
If you had a different opinion, I'd love to hear it!(⌒▽⌒)
Also I didn't talk about jihoon's toxic friend/ex because even though he tried to ruin the couple by doing an asshole move he is a human also he wants to be loved but he needs to be happy for who is first to do so. I hope that if anyone is like that- be brave for who you are, whether your a different racist or have a different sexual orientation your human and you were created go be different then other people be unique and be proud of who you are!
There are a lot of hate comments about the second couple but in all honesty I found it cute(it's not a kink btw). It's because for me age doesn't matter when it comes to the person you love and Chase was already at the age of consent plus he was the one who chased after him. Sooooo I don't see anything wrong haha ╮( ̄▽ ̄)╭

I'm not gonna say anything about where I hated it or not because both stories were written for fun, but I will add some input. All I'm gonna say is that the first story was so sad for me, because I understand how the uke felt about being insecure of one's ex especially if they think they are better then them. Also liked how the author pointed that out of ones insecurities can lead to a lot of stuff like trust issues, anxiety, and even depression. As well as how they put a lack of communication can lead up to misunderstandings and the characters are human meaning they have human traits everyone has flaws and so did these characters and relationships are bumpy but are full of fun and meaningful lessons. The first stories characters just had a bumpy obstacle but they did love each other and they ended up happy, even though it could have been frustrating for some readers there are couples who go through that stuff some come out stronger and some end up breaking up. It's the effort put in the relationship. Just cause it's a fiction story doesn't mean the lessons and meaning the author inputs isn't real, all that shit is real. The second story was just for fun ig since I found it funny sorry haha.
