And it's npr svwn the typical "oh, this useless skill was SECRETLY the most OP thing", it's flat out harmful for her social and daily life! Plus to make full use of it, she has to be with someone who's perceptive and knows when exactly she's shaking and what the person was saying when she shakes.
Long story short, LOVE powers that with arbitrary rules that limit it terribly, but still INCREDIBLY useful under the right circumstances
