Is anyone else confused on what the actual FUCK is going on? I get that it's not an official translation, but I can't understand the plot AT ALL. Please explain what is going on to me, I'm a bit slow T-T

I'm pretty sure Yan-sama is the dude from the beginning, since Aoki said that he looks like someone and if you compare the two, Yan-sama is basically him just with an eyepatch and white hair.
