OMG it hasn't been confirmed that he's pregnant. Euihyun only took meds for his NAUSEOUSNESS. The author is only dropping hints big time, the characters have yet to find out.

When he went back home and passed out for HOURS there was a quick odd scene (that kinda seem pointless when I first read it) where he woke up. The medicine he was actually taking at first was actually the contraceptive he bought from the store right before he gave his brother to his dad. His body was probably too far along in the pregnancy to accept the medicine. Also remember the neighbor suggested that it’s probably the brand of the contraceptive that doesn’t fit him. He went to the doctor they gave him another contraceptive that his Body might accept better but he subconsciously went to the bathroom and threw it up.

Ohhh yes those were his contraceptive pills. His usual didnt working well with his body so he visited the doctor. Now I remember clearer! Thanks! He obviously didn't have any abortion pills cause doesn't even know that he's pregnant. It'll be confirmed for us when he finds out
