    if you don’t know someone’s gender you refer to them as they. And skelly is a skeleton with no genitalia

    Yeah that's also true, but grammatically speaking you can also refer to them as he in the English language. It's just that noone does it anymore, I don't really care about it either way. Also, I like how you assume that genitalia is required for someone to identify as male. I just said that he is referred to as such on the series
