The Manga Volume 11 will be published April 28th and the limited editions might contain some extras, that we have not yet seen.
The next issue of Be Boy Gold however will not include anything from sensei. Her name is not in the lineup. So for the continuation of the chapter we will have to wait until the magazine issue at the end of June :(
