The jp title is "鮭だらけ" there doesn't seem to be an eng translation and it doesn't seem to be on here either.
The name of the author roughly translates to "Full of salmon" and the eng title rougly translates to "What kind of story is romance with a clone partner?"
Tried searching up both here (jp and eng) but nothing, it seems to be their first work, and i was only able to find the og jp site that sells the book and the authors pixiv
