I think this type of mangas makes people overdramatic. I got it that he was betrayed but bruh your long life friend confessed you. You know him very well. But still thinking that if he says he likes you like your shithead ex he will leave you? Like hell this is logical. I really pity seme. He deserves better. Saku could tell him in the beginning that how he feels about if he really loved seme. But no. I really hate people like Saku who pushes away the ones that geniuely cares for them. For advice dont try to cure this type of person if u r not a therapist.
