i really enjoyed this ending. denji is just a regular kid, from the beginning and to the end. sometimes we don't have all the answers for our motivations and goals. people can remain contradictory at times, and we're sometimes at a stalemate of who we are vs who we were. however, it would be very interesting to see denji carry the pain of his journey. chainsaw man's decision asks ourselves another question, instead of "do you choose a life of all you desired?" or "do you continue to choose a life of pain and suffering?" maybe it's crap writing he rushed certain aspects or didn't explore themes. nevertheless, it's funny the journey is always more enjoyable than the destination.
