It's a slow burn story, more subtle and psychologic, in a way, and it was super cool for that. People who don't see love and romance here, I'm sorry for you...and you need to become more "open minded" (lol, got it ? anyway). Re read it, truly.
The end stay short but I'm not mad at it strangely, of course I would love more. But the end is still good, you just have to like open end. I gave 5 stars, I love the risk the author took, the graphism are fantastic. I hope to anyone to love and see this story the way I did.
The author only wanted an excuse to make a mess, I don't have another explantation...
The son who caught his father doing things with his new stepdad and got excited and all...
The stepbro thing, omega, alpha stuff at the end...help, what did I just read...please let me forget and never remember (●'◡'●)ノ
Ok for sure Meguru is an idiot, but did we read the same thing ? He come to an "orgie" type of place, don't know anything, anyone, expect Kazuma, just is face and Noah, that's not here. And a dude jump on him, he try to convince himself "it's the good thing", so he do "it". He FORCE himself do have sex, the only "happy" face he take, is the moment he see Noah enter and think he will be happy.
I'm not saying he's a good person ! But people are not just black or white. I'm not going to blame Kazuma for the assault and he's not responsible for the choice of Noah or Meguru. But like Kazuma was a different person before meeting Maoka, Meguru live the same thing in reverse. Meguru I do not like you for sure, but that does not mean I don't understand or invalidate your pain...if only you could not mess with the life of people, especially Maoka...therapy's your friend pal...
There's two types of ignorance:
Learned ignorance, the one who know that he doesn't know
Profound ignorance, the one who doesn't know that he don't know
And deep down she was feeling bad because she knew that she was the first type...
Une imbécile heureuse, too late to understand the world outside her buble, to naive to see the bad in the one who was giving her love and attention, too blind to care of other if that meant it was changing her whole life and loosing her peaceful mind and excuses
Victim of her own life, victim of her own choice, victim of the anger, victim of greed...
Or maybe I'm crazy...
I think it's like she was born and raised on Mt. Everest and was told there were people at the bottom of the mountain trying to climb up. But because she couldn't see them and was raised/told to never leave her spot on the top. The beings she had been told about had boiled down to nothing but characters in a story.
I can't blame her for her ignorance. I don't think it's right for me to judge her when there's so many normal (good/bad) people working hard to live and have their own inherent types of ignorance. The people blaming her for her inherited sins are just as ignorant as she was, of her current circumstances. But I can't blame them either they suffered and so will she.
Why only Junseob as a reflection arc. I know he's not the best guy but he's for sure better than that jerk of Seryong. The dude doesn't think one second that what he did is bad or may be the reason of why Junseob say that in the end. For me the worst is that people will think it's okay and valid to act that way because it seems like he "deserve" it...
I don't think it will be better I'm afraid...
