Haven't read the novel but I knew from the very first chapter that the seme was a complete asshole. So when it did the whole show their love story from a few years back I skipped everything all the way to chapter fifty five. because why would I read a sweetly toxic relationship. Anyways the seme literally tries to r*pe our main character at least five times although he never goes all the way he attempts too. Then you only find out from the novel our main character ends up with this guy. Horrible story, don't waste your time

I'm sorry this doesn't make any sense. Not only does the MC look completely different, but his personality and cool attitude are just non-existent. WHat happened? Did I miss something? are the chapters going over his past life when he was a different person because he sucks now. The beginning was WAY better. The way he looks now is defiantly hotter I LOvE the piercings but it doesn't feel right. Plus we all know we're about to get a Harum, I liked the MC because he was indifferent to that crap. The way it was written apparently is misogynistic and demeaning to women but I can’t confirm 100% because I haven’t read the novel yet. Almost everyone that I’ve encountered who has read it though has told me it paints women a certain way (hence the misogyny etc). I don’t think he hates women necessarily but the writing is apparently really terrible towards women.

Okay, what I don't understand were the first few chapters. With the crow at first, it just seemed as if he respected the bird but then it got weird...like he was attracted to it. The story is cute and I'm looking forward to other chapters but it's the fact that she isn't allowed to see her family and leave the castle is what's annoying me. I want to see her with her family, it's impossible to enjoy the cute moments knowing she rather be with her parents than them. ╥﹏╥

The story had potential and I like smut here and there but it's starting to feel like I'm watching the movie 365 days with all the random sex. And it's annoying because I like the story and want to read an actual manga but the majority of it is half a chapter that is somewhat of a story and then the next half is sex and then this formula repeats over and over again. Their relationship doesn't progress or evolve in any healthy or appropriate way plus it also annoyed me how they started getting heated just after the girl was SA, it just seemed stupid. I am dropping this, if I wanted to waste brain cells on smut it wouldn't be on this one.
